Do I need to be home for the service?
Poo Patrol will come on a scheduled day, around the same time every week. You do not need to be on site, the service will still be completed.
Are there any contracts included?
No contracts included! If services are cancelled, Poo Patrol will finish out the last paid month.
What if my dog is in the yard?
Our Poo Patrol team is experienced with dog behavior. If your pet is friendly, we would love to say hello as the service is completed. If your pet is protecting their home, we will make an attempt to contact you in regards to the service.
